Best Construction Software Recognition for Progress Claim Workflows

Payapps’ selection as a finalist for Best SaaS Solution for Construction and Property Management recognises its role as purpose-built construction software for managing progress claims.

Progress claims sit at the centre of cash flow across construction projects, yet they have traditionally been managed through spreadsheets, emails and fragmented manual processes.

Payapps provides main contractors and subcontractors with a shared, cloud-based workflow for managing progress claims, variations, retentions, supporting documentation and approvals with greater consistency, transparency and control.

This construction-specific recognition sits alongside finalist placements for finance and FinTech, project management, ERP, workflow automation and large-scale SaaS adoption. Together, the six categories reflect the broader role Payapps plays across commercial and financial project workflows.

Ian Moss, Marketing Leader for Australia & New Zealand said:

“Being named a finalist across all six categories is meaningful because it recognises the breadth of Payapps — from purpose-built progress claim software for construction through to the financial, ERP and workflow automation capabilities that support our customers. It also reflects the contribution of our teams and customers across ANZ and the UK & Ireland.”

Payapps International Scale and Customer Impact

Payapps supports more than 57,000 users across over 13,400 projects each year. More than AUD $35 billion in progress claims is processed through the platform annually, with users estimated to save approximately 350,000 hours each year.

As purpose-built progress claim software, Payapps helps construction businesses reduce administrative workload, improve visibility and manage greater project and claim volumes with stronger consistency and control.

The nomination highlighted measurable customer outcomes across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Ireland, including faster claim processing, fewer rejected applications, stronger compliance visibility and the ability to manage increasing workloads without adding equivalent administrative resources.

It also recognised Payapps’ continued product development, including the Early Payment feature in Australia and New Zealand and expanded integration with leading construction ERP, accounting and project management platforms.

This combination of international scale, construction specialisation and measurable customer impact supports Payapps’ recognition among leading construction software solutions.

Winners of the 2026 SaaS Awards are expected to be announced on 5 August 2026.
